Junior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
• Support the design and implementation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) under senior supervision.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals to ensure alignment with project specs.
• Coordinate with site teams to track progress and resolve basic technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in quality control inspections.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, codes, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) + solid project coordination skills.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
• Lead end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems across multiple projects.
* Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Manage coordination between disciplines (civil, electrical, architecture) to eliminate clashes and delays.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and international/local standards.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as technical authority on-site or in the technical office.
Senior Mechanical Engineer – Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in construction or real estate development projects.
• Proven expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) design and site execution.
• Strong command of codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local regulations).
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
