We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” for a leading healthcare group operating four hospitals and three specialized, delivering advanced care through innovation and Centers of Excellence.
📍 Maadi, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders.
• Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
• Assist with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) minimum – any more tools are a plus.
• To be self-motivated and to be able to use own initiative and to take ownership of projects.
• Good command of communication skills, both orally and in writing.
