Job Description
• Install, activate, and maintain internet & connectivity services.
• Perform cabling, device configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot network issues and restore services within SLA.
• Prepare customer sites and handle service handover.
• Communicate professionally with customers and close tickets properly.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ISP/Telecom field operations.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and VLAN.
• Basic routing & switching knowledge.
• Valid driving license + ability to work on field sites.
