The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand market share across the GCC region. This senior leadership role requires strong strategic vision, deep market insight, and proven team leadership.
Key Responsibilities ↓
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams, setting clear targets and KPIs.
Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and regional market expansion.
Oversee brand positioning, advertising initiatives, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate closely with design, operations, and senior management teams to ensure alignment.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Requirements ↓
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and brand development.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in FF&E, furniture, interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans hands-on.
