Tawzef is hiring a “Public Relations Director” for Baheya Foundation.
📍 Work location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Lead and mentor the PR team to ensure the effective delivery of communication campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the organization’s spokesperson, handling high-stakes interviews and public statements.
• Oversee crisis communications and reputation management.
• Track and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and public sentiment.
• Manage the PR budget and, when necessary, engage with external PR agencies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience from 7–10 years of PR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferably within the non-profit social impact sector).
• Strong leadership, storytelling, and writing skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital media channels.
