We are hiring an experienced Site Civil Engineer to support our high-voltage transmission line (OHTL) projects across the Gulf region.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in civil execution of 220kV–765kV transmission lines, including excavation, foundations, and tower footing protection. Strong site management, coordination, and compliance skills are essential. Position Details
- Location: Saudi Arabia / UAE (On Site)

- Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years (OHTL execution experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all stages of civil construction (access roads, soil investigations, excavation, foundations, tower footing protection).
- Independently manage excavation and foundation works at site.
- Ensure compliance with designs, material specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager and other site engineers.
- Monitor and report site progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Participate in Joint Measurement Committee (JMC) meetings and assist in billing/invoicing.
- Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 220kV / 380kV / 400kV / 500kV / 765kV transmission line projects.
- Strong track record in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) execution (mandatory).
- Prior experience in pile foundation works (preferred).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing site activities, contractors, and civil teams.
- Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
