We are looking for an “AP & AR Accountant’ for a Bahrain-based global F&B platform with operations in Riyadh, Kuwait, London, and NYC. The company develops and manages diverse food brands, delivering outstanding dining experiences and supporting talent growth across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and post transactions to the ERP system.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately.
• Track incoming payments and coordinate with internal teams for collection follow-up.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
• Support reconciliations with POS and delivery platforms.
• Monitor AR aging reports and work to reduce overdue balances.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in either AR or AP (not general accounting).
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems, delivery platforms, or restaurant tech is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in the F&B or retail sector is highly preferred.
