Senior HR Generalist

We are currently looking for a ” Senior HR Generalist ” to join one of the biggest Advertising Agencies in the Middle East they specialize in achieving the impossible, weaving a tapestry of excellence through 2D & 3D motion graphics.

Job Description:
• play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human resources functions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and screen qualified candidates & Conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Organize and manage onboarding, new employee orientation, and training programs. Oversees HR Asst. processing & ensures accuracy & compliance of all paperwork
• Tracks employee corrective actions, makes recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement,
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering effective communication and resolving conflicts.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• 3+ years Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies will be a plus
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
