Senior Business Development

We’re looking for a “Senior Business Development” for an International School, dedicated to providing a quality Canadian education program and services to help students attain their full potential academically, socially, and physically.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across all school divisions.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to attract prospective families.
• Work closely with the admissions team to enhance lead generation and conversion.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, including tuition fees, offerings, and market trends.
• Provide recommendations on school fee structures based on market pricing and demand.
• Forecast school fees in alignment with market positioning and financial planning
• Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the school’s brand and programs.
• Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and ensure effective ad placements.
• Oversee the school’s online presence, including website management and social media updates.
• Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and school activations to attract prospective families.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of school marketing collaterals and giveaways.
• Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement
• Represent the school at education fairs, conferences, and networking events. · Develop community initiatives to strengthen the school’s reputation and visibility.

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in business development or marketing.
• Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
• Sharp negotiation and networking skills
• Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills
• Educational background in business, and marketing.
