Job Description:

We are currently seeking a female Telesales representative to join our Beauty Clinic located in Heliopolis, Cairo. As a Telesales, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting and selling our beauty services.

Job Details:

– Beauty Clinic: California Cairo Center

– Location: Heliopolis, Elhegaz St.

– Working Days: Saturday to Thursday, with Friday off

– Working Hours: 12pm to 8pm

– Requirements: Females only, aged between 22 to 30 years old

– Cairo residents only

– University degree

– Salary Range: Starting from 3000 to 4000 EGP (based on experience) + Commission

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our beauty services

– Provide information about our services and answer customer inquiries

– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships

– Achieve sales targets and quotas

– Record and update customer information in the CRM system

– Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business

– Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance

نبحث حاليًا عن مندوبة مبيعات عبر الهاتف للانضمام إلى عيادة التجميل الموجودة في مصر الجديدة ، القاهرة. بصفتك بائعًا عبر الهاتف ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إجراء مكالمات خارجية للعملاء المحتملين ، وترويج وبيع خدمات التجميل لدينا.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

– عيادة التجميل: مركز كاليفورنيا كايرو

– الموقع: مصر الجديدة شارع الحجاز.

– أيام العمل: من السبت إلى الخميس ، مع إجازة الجمعة

– ساعات العمل: من 12 ظهراً حتى 8 مساءً

– المتطلبات: الإناث فقط ، من عمر 22 إلى 30 سنة

– سكان القاهرة فقط

– شهادة جامعية

– نطاق الراتب: يبدأ من 3000 إلى 4000 جنيه مصري (حسب الخبرة) + العمولة

المسؤوليات:

– إجراء مكالمات خارجية للعملاء المحتملين لترويج وبيع خدمات التجميل لدينا

– الرد علي رسائل مواقع التواصل الأجتماعي ورسائل الواتس اب

– تقديم معلومات حول خدماتنا والرد على استفسارات العملاء

– الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة بالمنتج لتوصيل الميزات والفوائد بشكل فعال

– بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها

– تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والحصص

– تسجيل وتحديث معلومات العميل في نظام CRM

– المتابعة مع العملاء لضمان رضا العملاء وتكرار الأعمال

– التعاون مع الفريق لتطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات وتحسين أداء المبيعات
